    I recently had the pleasure of working with Andy Perez at Hennersby Hollow by Ashton Woods. He helped me find the prefect house for a client of mine. From our initial conversation to closing and after, Andy has been straight forward, personable, and always very professional. His positive attitude and friendly disposition immediately put my client (and I) at ease and he quickly became more than just a salesman but seemed more like a friend who had my clients' best interest in mind. Andy was well informed and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I could tell he wanted her to feel comfortable and know all the facts before making any decisions and he didn't pressure my client into feeling like she had to do something she wasn't totally comfortable doing. After my client went under contract, Andy kept in contact regularly with both my client and I and helped ensure a smooth transaction from beginning to end. As a Realtor, I was pleased that Andy was always willing to negotiate any terms I purposed for my client and he made sure I was well informed every step of the way of there were any changes.
