  A guy came out to inspect the foundation of my home. He took his time and drew a nice layout of the exterior of my home and proceeded to inspect the walls, rooms, floors, and the exterior. He was there for about 45 minutes. Upon finishing and then leaving, he informed me that I would receive the estimate. Two weeks later, I still had not received anything. I called and spoke with the lady and explained the situation to her. She was nice and apologized. She told me she was going to schedule the guy to come out again. I did not want the same guy to come out so I asked for another person. She told me the owner would come. Sure enough he arrived. And he arrived unprepared. He asked me for the paperwork of the layout the other guy handed me. I told him I no longer had it. I had already taken a picture and filed for my records, since I was getting different quotes. I wanted the owner to look again and inspect and tell provide me with his number, since I felt the other guy was a bit unreliable, how do I know he provided a correct number of piers I needed? So the owner returns with the a quick sketch render and provides a different count from the previous guy. Yes, it's possible the house shifted within the two and half weeks, but the difference was quite a bit. Since he is the owner, my thought is that he will know what he is doing. He takes about 20 minutes and leaves, letting me know I will receive an estimate in a few days. Unlike the first guy who was nice and chatty, the owner was not friendly, not rude in any manner, I think he felt he was inconvenienced since HE had to come out. It has been months. I never called and asked, and as you can tell, I never received the estimate, and of course they did not receive my business. I really wanted to support a local business. I sold my home and left the owner with a reliable foundation company. I was happy with them and I was walked through the entire process the entire way. I hope this company can use this review and take some note of what can be improved and what doesn't need to change, like the nice lady that offered a genuine apology and was very nice to talk to.

  Excelente compañia, desde la primer visita que tuve de Albert mi esposa y yo estabamos seguros de trabajar con ellos, ellos siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos y superaron las espectativas, tanto Felix como Albert y todos los muchachos que vinieron a trabajar en mi casa son excelentes personas, my educados y respetuosos.   My client used Texas Foundation Repair and they were fantastic. They started their work in the midst of cold conditions and finish the job in a very timely manner. I did most of the dealings for my client and Albert was very professional and kept me totally updated on the progress of the repair. He even took time to show me how the cement cylinders were pushed into the ground. I strongly recommend Texas Foundation Repair for any foundation problems you might have.
