  They lock you into a contract then charge you for services you don’t receive. Their customer service is a joke. There are cheaper and better service providers out there. This is a company to avoid.

  Went today and was overcharged. When I got home I realized the tare weight was 5500, despite my vehicle's gross weight being 7100. This is the last time I'll ever go here.

  This place stinks! -And not just because it's a dump. Limited hours, terrible service and exorbitant prices. Use the city resources - their hours aren't any better and you'll make more trips with smaller loads but it's free if you're a cps customer.
