- JWJames Watson2 days ago1.0Salesman will make fake phone call to anyone he can get ahold of. Will pretend to be talking to manager and offer you fake marketing agreement. Supposedly a huge discount, only offered day of. In reality, it’s 15% over MSRP. It’s offered day of so you can’t shop around or price compare. Also Reps are trained to skip over 3 day cancellation period in contract to trick customers into thinking they are trapped.

We appreciated his expertise and felt extremely taken care of the entire time. He worked with us regarding timeline, budget, finishes and expectations. This is our first home so this is new for us, but Ryan made it super easy! We would definitely choose to work with him on future projects/recommend him! We cannot wait until our project kicks off !! When I first inquired about a bathroom remodeling they had a representative come to my house, take pictures, measurements, and talked me through the options. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t pressure me into a sale but was an excellent salesman nonetheless. The install team, led by Eduardo, was amazing. They were very friendly, polite, and hardworking and despite a small language barrier, we communicated effectively throughout the install. This team is a testament to the skill and professionalism of the Statewide Remodeling team. I had an excellent experience and will absolutely use Statewide Remodeling for all my future renovations! Nothing but good things to say about these guys.
- CBchris bNov 1, 20255.0Absolutely amazing looking bathtub remodel from Joseph and Jon at Statewide Remodeling. The work was very efficient and tidy throughout the process. The cleaned up perfectly which allows us to still be able to use the toilet while the remodeling was being done. I work from home and hardly even knew they were doing the work. We also felt confident talking with them our their senior field supervisor named Scott Ornelas that we were in good hands. Very professional and will definitely use them on future projects at our home.
