Because of some of our unique design requests, we had to wait several weeks for a special order door, but other than that the process was very organized and timely. Shay Campbell kept us informed on the status of the special order and expected installation dates both by calling us and by sending emails which we appreciated very much. The person who actually "built" the sunroom was a contract employee named Nick and he was personable, trustworthy, and did excellent work. We are very satisfied with our new sunroom and recommend this company to anyone in the market for a patio enclosure or sunroom type of addition to their home.

And of course the door has no lock whatsoever. Just a knob. It was a total nightmare. No one ever stopped by except the workers “to make sure we’re totally satisfied “. Your salesperson definitely sell ice to an eskimo. I will tell anyone considering your company to wear boots for all the BS promises they will hear. Never inspected. No project officer to oversee. Converse TX Still waiting to hear back.
