From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our unit in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making us feel rushed or talked down to. Oscar was extremely thorough in his inspection and diagnosis. Instead of just offering a quick fix, he walked me through the root cause of the issue, explained multiple options, and was honest about what was necessary versus what could wait. That level of transparency is rare these days and builds a lot of trust. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way, not just getting in and out. What really stood out was his attention to detail and work ethic. He treated our home with respect, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. He double-checked his work, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident about the repairs and ongoing maintenance. My mother in law is on dialysis and we need to have that heater fixed. They just didn't cut the mustard. Bad trouble shooting skills. They were to have given us an estimate at the onset and somehow at the end we have no heat and spent $1500. Not very happy.
