  I've met the owners, Amanda and Kirk and let me just say that they are so passionate about what they do. Amanda is a fantastic resource, She is an advocate for women homeowner who may be uncomfortable with having technicians in their house or are afraid of being taken advantage of with services and cost. They take their time with vetting their technicians and ensuring that they are doing good, honest work for their customers. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to my friends and family.

  I didn’t realize how much of a difference professional air duct service could make until this team came out. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They worked with impressive speed but never cut corners, and they took the time to explain what they found and why it mattered. The whole process felt organized, thorough, and honest. You can tell they take real pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency, knowledge, and genuine care for their customers the way they do. I’m truly impressed.

  I can't thank one hour heating & conditioning enough for their fast response! my A/C went out on one of these very cold days that we had here and with little kids it's hard, and they actually lived up to their name by getting a technician out here right away. The tech was professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything cooling again in no time. if you need emergency HVAC service, these are the people to call!

  Great service, flexible with scheduling, and very thoroughly explained the entire process. I had a relatively new system that had a refrigerant leak, but was outside of the service warranty window. They were able to work directly with the manufacturer to help get the entire system replaced due to parts availability. This was a new build in 2023, we ran into some issues during that arose from initial construction. The team was very professional and documented everything with photos but had to make some big drywall cuts to correct the issues. The drywall was patched and painted at no extra cost despite the extra work. Now we have a brand new system, and they even handled the warranty paper work for us so we can avoid a mess like this in the future. Would highly recommend!

  I was terminated from this company, and after working here, I feel people deserve to know what it’s really like behind the scenes. Employees are constantly pressured to upsell customers instead of focusing on honest service. Technicians are pushed to hit sales numbers (over $225 per call) instead of doing what’s best for the homeowner. Once I moved to commission, the pressure only got worse — sales mattered more than integrity or people. At one point, I told the owners of the company that I needed more hours or I’d have to get a second job. Their response was: “That should motivate you to sell more.” That told me everything about how employees are viewed. Another time, I had the flu with a 103° fever and was still pressured to run calls instead of being allowed to recover. That’s not leadership — that’s disregard for employee health and safety. If the owners respond to this review, expect excuses. That’s how concerns are handled internally too: deflection instead of accountability. These were the worst owners I’ve worked for in my career. The environment is greedy, stressful, and hostile to technicians who want to do honest work. I do not recommend anyone work here, and customers should be aware of how aggressively upselling is pushed. Employees and technicians: stay away. Owners: stop making excuses and do better
