I had a fantastic experience with Murray Plumbing installing a water softener and purification system. From the beginning I was treated with the utmost respect. Gabby was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable—she answered all my questions about the different water softener and purification packages, made sure I understood the options, and helped me pick the right system with confidence. Mathew, the journeyman plumber, and his apprentice did an excellent job installing the system. They were punctual, tidy, and respectful of my home and my needs as a customer. Their workmanship was professional and efficient, and they clearly know their craft. Communication was strong throughout the whole process; I was kept informed at every step. When a leak developed with the RO system after installation, I called Gabby and explained the issue. The very next day Mathew arrived with a replacement RO system, completed the swap quickly. Fast reliable follow-up—5 star experience. And may I say, the system is working flawlessly. The water, feels amazing. My family are loving our new water softener purification system. I highly recommend Murray Plumbing for anyone needing a water softener system or any plumbing services. Great team overall. Keep up the great work!
