Called around to different businesses who claimed to be "24 hour" garage repair services, but each of them said the next available technician would not come until the following day, except for Mojo Garage Doors! They are the only TRUE 24 hour garage repair service in San Antonio. Moses came to my house within 30 minutes of my call and was very kind, professional, and efficient. He fixed my door in a timely manner and was very honest about pricing and what did/did not need to be replaced which I really appreciated. Overall, this is an establishment that is reliable, honest, and will go above and beyond to provide great service to their customers.

They charged an excessive $150 labor for 30-45 minutes of work, $250 for a single spring, and $60 for the cables. Springs go for $20-30 from garage door suppliers, and cables for $6-7 on Amazon. Do the math - that's a 1000% markup. Barry lied to my face when I asked him about the springs being so expensive, and a follow-up email and call went unanswered - guess they figured they already got my $. Left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I want others to be more informed than I was. Don't get taken advantage of!
