  Frank was excellent, he took the tile to explain the issues and several options for correcting the electrical shortcomings in my home. He repaired the least expensive way and even waived the service call, which means alot to a retired person on very fixed income. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend!

  Called them to fix two outlets that stopped working, they arrived within the hour and performed a thorough inspection of my whole house electrical system. Sadly both onerous showed evidence of fried wires and a very outdated electrical panel that was over 50 years old. They were very honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My issue ended up being much bigger than what I thought and the estimate was more than I anticipated, they offered financing, long story short they started around 2pm and by 9pm I had two new panels inside and out installed, a two rod ground and rewire. Very happy with results. My electrical system is now current but most importantly safe.

  Team coconut!!! They were great! They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating to our circumstances. Walked through the process with me and made sure all my questions were answered. My power was out for a couple of hours and let us use a generator so I could work from home. I was very happy and pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with the company and there employees!

  I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sparky’s electrician, Kevin L. He was very knowledgeable and assessed issues needing attention to our home electrical system. He made repair recommendations and payment options available for us to consider. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything fully. At this time we our visit was a general assessment.   Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky of San Antonio. I called yesterday and everything was fixed today, which I really appreciated. Frank was the technician and he was prompt, professional, and very communicative as the work progressed. I needed a motion sensor switch fixed after I’d tripped the breaker trying to install it myself, along with a GFCI outlet replacement and an outdoor spotlight swap. Frank explained what went wrong, worked efficiently, and had everything completed quickly. The work looks clean, everything was tested, and everything was working perfectly when he left. Overall, a smooth, stress-free service call. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.
