  We called for a simple light fixture install in our 1920’s home. Our technician Brett found numerous safety issues with our outdated wiring and recommended a significant project. Robert and Justin came to do the install, and worked over 12 straight hours to complete the full project, including the light fixture. Their effectiveness, professionalism, and customer service is unmatched. Truly incredible to deal with a company that provides this level of service. Spend the money and get peace of mind and an impressive quality of customer service. Thank y’all!

  Frank was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand, which I really appreciated especially during an emergency situation. There were no hidden charges at all; everything was upfront and clearly explained with fixed pricing. Frank was honest, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an emergency electrician.

  Richard is hands down the best electrician I’ve ever worked with. He is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful—the kind of person who takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure everything is done right. His work was clean, efficient, and high-quality, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every decision. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable who also has such a great attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone needing an electrician.

  I can’t complain I lost power to my efficiency apartment on New Year’s Eve at night Mister sparky tech Frank Ramirez came out to look at the problem and of course my electricity was the original from when the home was built 1950. Frank Thoroughly explained the problems I was having. Frank, David and Jason took care of the problem. Keep in mind the reviews helped me to choose a Reliable company. I have no regrets yes a little costly but so worth it! Thank you guys you all did an amazing job and no mess to clean up afterwards. Frank did go above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Photos from old to new and added.

  When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, Mister Sparky was our first call—and our only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once we met Brett Hawkins we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Brett performed a very thorough safety inspection and diagnostics and found some disturbing issues. Upon completion of “said” inspection, we sat down to discuss Brett’s results. He was very upfront. His explanations were very comprehensive regarding the inside and outside panel upgrades, damage wiring, and overheating spots on the lugs, as were his project costs and time to bring our home up to specifications. All work would be completed the following day. The following day, Brett arrived ahead of schedule to introduce us to the installers: Keith Bratten and Robert to review with us the scope of work. Once a plan of action was explained, Brett left and Robert and Keith got to work. Their work ethic was commendable. On the rare occasions when my husband or I went to check on their progress, there was no non-work related chatting or texting on their phones. The only time they stopped working was to either explain something to us, or to enlist our help with a tasking. In all the years we’ve had workers in our home, this was the first time we witnessed such dedication to the job - it blew us away. Every task was performed to very strict specifications. For example, “ two 8-foot ground rods were driven into the earth - one located 4 feet to the right of the panel; the second rod located 7 feet further to the right of the panel.” Upon completion of all taskings, quality checks were then performed to ensure proper installation. The last task was the labeling of the breakers - the slowest and most frustrating of all tasks performed. However, Robert and Keith demonstrated extreme patience and repetition to ensure the breakers were labeled correctly. If you are looking for an electrical company with professionals that will be on time, communicate clearly, compete the work exactly as you desire and provide a level of service rarely found these days, we highly recommend Mister Sparky for your home needs (and in particular Brett, Robert, and Keith). We were very happy with their work and glad to see that there are professionals like them still making homes brighter and safer for us.
