  Longhorn replaced the blower motor on my heater this week and did a great job. My technician was on time, ordered the part, ensured my warranty was honored and repaired the unit right the first time. Great work!

  Great service today! The technician did an awesome job tuning up my system, also let me know the refrigerant was low and charged a reasonable fee. I definitely would recommend them!

  My ac went down in the middle of summer a few years ago. Called the major companies you see on tv and they all stated they could come to my house in a week or more. I did a google search and found Longhorn Air Solutions - they came to my house that evening. Within a couple of days, less than a week, they had installed a new ac system in my house. Fast forward four years and my ac went down. I called Longhorn Air Solutions and they ordered a part then got it up and running. Thank you Longhorn Air Solutions!!!

  I don't recommend. Zero stars!! They send out employees that don't know what they are doing. I shouldn't have to tell the technician how to do his job, when he can't figure it out. Then he had to call his supervisor to ask for help. The supervisor talked to me on the phone told me what he thought wrong. Then never called back to let me know if he could the part to fix the problem and what the cost will be. I will never use this company for any a/c work. Very unprofessional, and they don't care about the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Find a company that will help you.

  They came on a Saturday! Got us up and running on a very hot day, then returned on Tuesday and installed parts they had to order. They were professional, efficient, and resonably priced.
