He accidentally cut the line to the washing machine and I was so impressed that he told me and replaced it. While replacing it, he got shocked pretty hard due to possible screw that had been previously placed. He was so kind and generous and told me not to worry that he was fine. I highly recommend Jonah and appreciate his timely and hard work. He went the extra mile!

He had a great attitude in explaining what was going on with my system. He also double checked my reverse osmosis system that was making horrendous noise when turned on. He explained that one of my parts was actually defective and changed it on the spot. Voila! The noise is gone and my sink has peace and soft water flowing with no noise once again 😀. I really should have called sooner. Thank you, Albert!

He was very efficient and professional and cleaned up the plumbing connections when he installed the new water softener. From the initial call to the sales call and visit with Ray to the installation with Dustin and Robert, the entire process was efficient, very professional, and informative. While other options were considered, the Kinetico solution is in a league by itself worthy of the price point difference especially when factoring in the expected lifetime of the equipment and limited servicing requirements when properly maintained. You can’t go wrong with this top notch team and the Kinetico product line.
