  Steven P was an incredible rep when meeting with me for my initial quote. He explained all of my options very clearly and was so kind! Waldo Z and Austin C were amazing at install! They were on time, tested everything twice before leaving, took time to show me how everything worked and were incredibly helpful answering my questions. They were very polite and professional. Very excited for my new softener system and would highly recommend Kinetico!

  With so many companies to choose from, companies have to find ways to stand out. Kinetico has that with representatives like La’Shelbee. She was knowledgeable, professional, all while still being patient with me. It is these people that becomes the face of a company and make them stand out. I chose this company over 7 years ago to install my RO system due to name recognition, but it is representatives like La’Shelbee, who continues to keep customer retention high. Every property we have owned, we have used Kinetico and it is nice to know I have not made the wrong choice.

  Austin and Robert did an outstanding job installing our Kinetico water system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain how the system works, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was installed correctly and neatly. Steven, our sales representative, was equally great to work with. He was informative, patient, and never pushy. He explained the options thoroughly and helped us choose the right system for our needs, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. Overall, the team provided excellent service, and we’re very happy with the installation and the improved water quality. We highly recommend Austin, Robert, and Steven to anyone considering a Kinetico water system.

  Very disappointed in the pitiful customer service from management and staff. My family and i could have went with any water softner company for the 6 thousand we spent. Instead were stuck with a damaged system and damaged property from uneducated pre plumbing. Management wants to charge hundreds to come out to fix there problems. My family is currently drinking and bathing in milky salty water daily. Salt water is leaking out of the head of the system. My driveway was cracked during the pre plumbing process. And the biggest headache is the plumbing was not buried in the ground by code. I can't imagine treating a customer who spends thousands with my business this way. Would have been in there driveway ready to help.

I want to specifically recognize Chris, the salesman, and Issac, who handled the installation of our new S150 XP water system. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for my home — not just pushing a sale. He took the time to explain the options clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. Issac, who came out for the installation, was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. He walked me through the setup, answered every question, and made sure everything was done the right way. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Both of them showed that they care about the customer experience, not just the transaction. That level of service is rare these days, and it made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend Kinetico of San Antonio — and especially Chris and Issac — for anyone considering a water system upgrade.
