  We have been customers for six years and never have had any issues with our water softener. Last Thursday during a maintenance visit, Anthony P. identified that we needed to replace the PRV on our main water system, as the water pressure reading was extremely low. We were given a very reasonable quote today (Monday) and less than 2 hours later, Dustin E. arrived to install the new PRV. Excellent customer service and responsiveness by Anthony, Jorge, Dustin and office staff. Highly recommend Kinetico!!

  Dustin & Matt did the install on our new water softener and RO system. We also needed to have our pressure regulator replaced. Dustin and Matt were very professional and took the time all throughout the install to explain what they were doing and they both took the time to answer all my questions, which were many. Dustin was doing my regulator and didn’t like the old shutoff valve so he replaced that as well. You can tell by the quality of his work that he made sure it was as if he was putting it in his own home. I was very impressed by this whole experience from sale to install. I highly recommend Kinetico of San Antonio.

  Andrea and Jose were very professional and did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing or fixing my Kinetico water softener. I would highly recommend a Kinetico water softener with the professional service and teamwork that this company consistently does. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their Connecticut systems and how they work and you cannot be their customer friendliness and understanding of the Kintico system. Thank you for your outstanding commitment and dedicated service. Lester McIntosh. This is my second home that I have had a Kinetico system installed and would have no other water softener system.

  This company is full of lazy, incompetent liars. They're happy to sell the system and make a lot of promises, but when the system needs servicing, you get the runaround. Had the service guy out twice. 1st time he didn't bring supplies he needed and blamed dispatch (dispatch blamed service guy). Took over 2 weeks to get him back out with supplies to fix the system and then he broke the housing for the UV filter. He said he'd call it in, no need for me to call. It's been 3 weeks+ and no call, no show. I've called kenetico SA several times and the service dept. will not pick up. This is a garbage company. Do not use them. PS the service guy also adjusted the float valve and caused water to flood the pump house. Pics included UPDATE 3/2/26 After leaving my first review, I got a call from Jake the manager at kenetico SA that same day. He apologized for the inconvenience and promised 6 bags of salt and to send a technician that could be on time and get the job done right...in a week. Which brings us to today. Jake said I was first on the list, so the technician would be on time. They gave an arrival time of 8:00am-11:00am. NO SHOW/NO CALL. I called the office at 11:30 am and they said they'd had a mix up in the office and the new arrival time would be 2:00pm-4:00pm. I called corporate and made an official complaint, they're supposed to call back with follow up steps, we'll see.. Im shocked at how disrespectful this company is to their customers.

  5-Star Review (with a tiny asterisk for the phone system) Everything was running perfectly until Kinetico installed their new equipment. Then we suddenly had almost no hot water pressure. After some very frustrating back-and-forth with their automated system (Robo-Natasha is seriously lame. The fake background voices make it feel even more robotic and unhelpful), I finally got connected to real support. Jake was great on the phone: patient, clear, and quick to troubleshoot. He relayed that the installing tech, Albert Rabago, thought the lead protector (pressure relief valve) might have tripped and shut off the flow. He was correct. Turned that back on and everything started working. What could have been a multi-hour wait turned into a quick fix over the phone. Appreciate that!
