Gabe called me back and when I described the issue and sent him some photos, he scheduled a time to come out and inspect the issue. After the inspection, Gabe provided an official quote, which was fair and competitive with other quotes, and I accepted. Within two days, the work was completed. I appreciated that Gabe came back out to inspect again after the work was completed.
