  We recently had Chris, Mason and Aiden replace and upgrade our main electrical panel as part of a larger project (installing a new steam shower system). Chris and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. What we especially appreciated was that Chris gave us 2-3 different options and fully explained the pros and cons of each approach, as well as the difference in costs. We felt very well informed and better able to make an educated decision. Also, once work began, Chris and the team encountered significant and unforeseen challenges that required them to deviate from the original plan and spend several man hours on a workaround. Despite this, Chris honored his original quote, and we appreciated this very much. We would very strongly recommend Chris and Hunter Service Group for any and all electrical services.

  I highly recommend Hunter Service Group. We have recently worked with Noe Garcia and Tony Ruiz to help my in-laws find the right home generator for them to add some peace of mind if the power goes out. Installation should take place in the next few weeks. I’ll add a few pictures at that time. It has been a great experience so far. Thanks Noe and Tony!

  Great service, our technician Eric was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed my husband first hand his findings and recommendations for the repair. Also great experience with the office staff, scheduling, and confirming as well as letting us know when the technician was on his way and estimated time of arrival. Very impressed!

  I had a really good experience with the team from the start to job completion. When I called to ask questions and schedule an assessment, the representative was very pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as both of our schedules allowed. Eric came out to assess the job and was very polite and made recommendations that would be long term solutions as opposed to a quick-fix. A couple days later Jessie and Ram came out to do the repairs. They were just as pleasant. No mess left behind and Jessie explained everything he was doing and showed me how clogged my vents were. All in all, great experience, fair prices and reasonable scheduling. I highly recommend Hunter Service Group.

  I found Hunter Service Group on line and decided to give them a try with a non working oven. Chris Kaser was sent to my home and ran tests to figure out why my oven isn’t working. Unfortunately, my oven is built-in meaning it would have to be pulled out of its casing. Chris did check the circuit breaker and all was well at that end. I’ll have to contact the manufacturer and have them come out and run their tests to figure out if the oven needs to be replaced. Chris was able to fix a light switch in my dining room. The flickering lights in the huge chandelier was menacing so Chris ran a test on the switch and found it was bad. Problem solved - Chris had a replacement switch and now no more flickering lights. Chris’ professionalism was above and beyond what I could have expected so I will definitely be contacting them for future issues. Thank You Chris for all of your explanations/answers on surge protectors and to my other questions on electricity and circuit breakers.
