Communication was excellent, we were told in text messages the time window for Miguel’s arrival, and again when he was on the way to the house. All the work to replace the broken spring, aging rollers and move the wall controller up to the correct height required by safety codes was done smoothly and efficiently. Great teamwork throughout, thanks
- VMVick Meredith3 days ago5.0Garage doors have been making load popping sound as if they were hanging up and ten being forced by motor. Technician arrived and I was going to show him the problem. He politely asked that I first look at the exterior of a closed door with him. He showed be the rubber strip surrounding the opening of the door and explained it is a common problem that the rubber adheres to the painted surface of the door causing sticking. He showed a product to order on Amazon to remedy the problem. He, and his terrific company, Hollywood Crawford, would not accept even a minimal payment for the service call. I gave him a bottled water and Hershey bay, and he was on his way! Cannot say enough good about this experience. By the way, this was the first service call after Hollywood Crawford installed these doors around five years ago. Highly recommend Hollywood Crawford and Sergio!

He did that easily, inspected the garage door and pointed out defects and recommendations. He did service the door and showed completed work to both myself and husband. 5 stars for this man! Explained everything. Will use this company for future use. Prices reasonable. KKP

It was late afternoon, door would not close and rain was coming. Cameron showed up within thirty minutes and worked well past closing time to finish the repair. No extra charge for last minute call. Cameron is the employee every employer would want in his company. Hard to find good service these days. Totally appreciated. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Cameron.
