  Setup my appointment at 9:30pm on a Sunday, when our water heater stopped working. They called me the next morning to confirm. They called back a couple hours later to let me know that they had an opening in their schedule and they could send someone earlier. They were there within 30mins. They assessed the situation and recommended that we replace the water heater, which I knew would be the case as it was leaking out the casing. They presented several options from about $3k-$15k installed. We chose to go in the middle. Another technician picked up the parts that they needed and showed up to replace the water heater. It took him a while, but he was professional and and cleaned the area so well, that you couldn't tell he even did anything, except that the water heater was shiny and new. No one wants to deal with a freak water heater replacement, but if you have to it should be as easy as possible. I think Goettl is a little more expensive than some others, but they work professionally and take care of everything for you.

  My upstairs condo neighbor had his AC unit replaced. They pushed the concrete pad up against the foundation corner of my bedroom. The hum is so bad that I can count the fan rpm in my bedroom. The neighbor called them and they sent out a technician. He parked in the complex and was about to drive away when I stopped him. When he got out, the neighbor had arrived. The neighbor said he called about my issue, and the tech wanted to come inside my unit to hear the hum. This violation of space is unacceptable. I called this location and let the lady know what was going on and she said they would have to investigate. The technician got snotty and actually looked at me and burped in response to me. If this tech punches a hole in my ac unit, I will NEVER ALLOW GOETTLE NEAR MY STUFF. If I said how pissed I was at his unprofessional behavior, I would be banned from google.

  When my air-conditioning system stopped working, I called this company and the service repair worker wasn’t sure if I needed a whole new system or just certain parts which struck me as odd. I proceeded to tell him that I was going to get another opinion just to see my options. When I told him this, his boss was on speakerphone and he said I wish she would’ve just told us she was going to get another opinion before we went out there and proceeded to say that exact line a second time. I ended up getting it repaired with another service due to this experience. Extremely rude and felt pressured to get service done this exact day without having the chance to weigh my options.

  We had an outstanding experience with Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Jonathan came out for our AC issue and did a thorough diagnostic, taking the time to really figure out what was wrong instead of rushing through it. He identified the problem and had it fixed the same day. We had previously called another company that spent a week going back and forth with unnecessary bids, only for us to learn the first tech never did a full diagnostic. Jonathan’s professionalism and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air. Around that same time our water heater went out. Junior came out the same day for an emergency visit. We had to order a part and, unfortunately, the manufacturer took a long time to ship it due to severe weather in the northern states. Throughout the wait, Robert from customer service kept us informed and updated every step of the way. As soon as the part arrived, they sent Junior out at 5pm and he had our hot water running that evening. They easily could have pushed us to the next day given their workload, but instead they made us a priority after we’d already gone so long without hot water. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team. This level of service, communication, and follow-through is rare. We will absolutely be customers for life. Thank you to everyone at Goettl!

  Day 2. Rudy and Isaiah arrived to do installation of new water softener and water heater. I had told them I was good with waiting another day but Rudy was able to make it work. Install was complete when I returned from errands. Rudy replaced all fittings and hoses. Highly recommend Rudy and Isaiah. Job well done. To early to comment on equipment. Day 3. The wife is pleased. definitely feel the softness in water, definitely heated quicker at my sink, definitely hotter temp in the shower and I definitely more pressure from shower head and kitchen sink water is hotter. All a plus in my book Side note. If it is possible to over communicate Goettl is the company for you. They keep you informed before, during and after each service. Day 3 and 5 - AC Service. Let me start by saying that Blake is a hardworking technician and does excellent work. With the purchase of the new water heater and new water softener I was given a free $129 AC/Heater inspection. I should’ve known it would be a sales call. The main difference between the plumbing inspection and the AC inspection is we had complaints about how our plumbing was working but no issues with AC/Heater. So when technician finds issues you always wonder if they are true issues. I reluctantly agreed to have the work done and will never know if the repairs were necessary. To be transparent the AC is much quieter and cleaner than it was. I’ll end where I started Blake is very hardworking and delivered on all commitments he made. One suggestion might be to work similar to the plumbing and have separate sales and technician roles. I would give plumbing side of business a 5 and AC side a 4 (might be 3-3.5). If Blake wasn’t as good a worker as he is.
