  Josue was incredibly professional, friendly, and punctual. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home’s hvac system, explaining every detail of what he was checking. His knowledge was evident as he clearly outlined the issues and the benefits of professional cleaning, even providing recommendations and options for other services (outside of my original service inquiry). The estimate for the duct cleaning was presented transparently, with clear explanations of the process and pricing, making it easy to understand. Highly recommend.

  Josue from Goettl is an absolute STAR and a true lifesaver! I’ve been struggling with air quality issues, and he went above and beyond to thoroughly check my AC system and ductwork. He found that my ducts were not sealed properly and clearly explained everything, recommending a duct cleaning, sealing, and a UV light air purifier. I called so many companies before this, and no one took the time, care, or patience that Josue did. His customer service was outstanding, his knowledge was impressive, and he genuinely cared about making sure I got the right solution, not just a sale. I was honestly surprised by how detailed and honest he was. If you want things done the right way, I 100% recommend Goettl and especially Josue to have in your home. Truly top-notch service!

  Today was my first experience with Goettl and Eddie was great. He was kind, respectful, and thorough with his service. He explained everything he did to our AC system and provided plenty of photos to show me what he did. The membership is incredibly reasonable at only $12 a month and for something as valuable as an AC system in texas it was a no brainer to sign up. He also never pushed any sales on me which I appreciate. I signed up for the membership simply through his educating and recommendation as to how he approaches his maintenance.

  Our overall experience with Goettl was absolutely amazing. They provided plumbing services and leak detection, and from start to finish the communication and timeliness were excellent. Every technician we worked with was extremely professional, informative, and genuinely helpful. They truly went above and beyond; not only completing the work thoroughly, but also assisting us with communication regarding our home insurance and helping us better understand our policy, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend Goettl to anyone needing plumbing services.   We recently bought a home, a week ago! Goettl came out by the seller to inspect the AC unit. Goettl and the seller sent an invoice that only disclosed a tune up was completed but no information as to the unit needing to be replaced. We turned the AC yesterday for the first time because of the weather and the unit didn’t work. We checked everything ourselves before calling Goettl out to check the unit. We checked the filter, batteries in gf thermostat and the breakers but nothing. So we called them back out and the same person who came to do the tune up came back out and claimed that he told the seller the unit needed to be replaced. Goettl nor the seller did not send us the full report, just an invoice saying the tune up was complete. Today the person who did the tune up only was focused on making the sell and ran our credit and said we would be able to get it done in the morning Christmas Eve. We were approved and then few hours later denied. We were charged $700 for the remaining balance but could not get it replaced after all. If the information in the beginning was given we could have made a better decision on making the seller getting the unit replaced. Matthew may have been a sales manager I spoke with but both him and inspector both jokingly were talking openly about the situation. Came in and threw themselves on the couch like it was their home. I am 100% sure the inspector, Goettl and the seller withheld this information
