I normally don’t write reviews, but wanted to express my gratitude for Andrew coming by for maintenance to our heating system as part of the membership. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain how the system works. I will be asking for Andrew the next time I make an appointment because he did a great job documenting, taking pictures, testing the system in the attic and the outside unit, and identifying potential issues or concerns. I have had great experiences with all Goettl technicians since installing our unit and recommend the company as a whole. Thank you
- DCDave CantuNov 17, 20255.0Made an appointment Sunday morning online to have my AC looked at. Peter came out inspected my 10/20 year old system and it was no bueno. Bit the bullet for a brand new system and was relieved to know it could be installed that same Sunday. That’s when Manny and Jackson came into the situation. Those 2 spent all afternoon installing the new system, took the time to explain every step that was going on. Both were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the ins and outs of my new system. And they came back the next day to finish cleaning the air ducts and to double check everything they had just installed. Manny and Jackson are both top tiered technicians who made this experience easy.

I would also like to give the ladies Tonya & Hollie in the office a shout out for all there respect in alerting me every step, when the tech would be arriving, and can forget Angel and Will for all the plumbing work under the home. and of course Mr. Joseph for helping me with all the discounts to lower me bill. Replacement of the relief valve, anode rod, and shut off valve component on hot water heater, quoted $1200. Anode rod depleted but hot water heater fully functional with no noticeable issues with operation. Serviceman recommended unit replacement due to suspected corrosion and failure to upkeep maintenance. Replaced unit in < 2 hours for 1 star 50 Gal Rheem Hot water heater 6 years warranty/ 2 years labor supported. Overall Experience: Pros: Service was quick and serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. Cons: Initial appointment was mismanaged after four month wait; Engagement felt like a sales pitch.
