- BSB SimgSep 22, 20254.0I went into the shop on Nakoma to ask about some advice regarding a plumbing project I was working on. The first counter guys Philippines and Jose knew very little about plumbing but the referred me to the Master Plumber Carl. Carl knew everything that there is to know about plumbing Carl was truly a master of the craft and we are surprised he's not making a fortune plumbing instead of working for a haphazard supply like Ferguson. I hope Carl sees his calling and goes out on his own to actually helping people. Good luck to this whole crew and company.
