  Why does the city cut so many corners and hire people that have zero respect for property owners that have work being done on them? At first I was happy to see the city was replacing my sidewalk since many places want this to be done by the property owner. Little did I know I would have a nightmare soon after. This company hit my lines then didn’t bury the lines due to liability but placed the next sidewalk over the lines that were replaced due to their lack of care for the space. The workers also left trash in the yard and I had to work behind them to clean up their mess. The sidewalk was done and of course these guys damaged my mailbox as well which they had to replace. Then there was the line situation which required me to have to do more work to fix their lack of awareness about utilities again. The city wanted no part of liability and the company they used FD concrete could have cared less about what they left behind. Why did I have to sign a right of way if you cannot make sure you aren’t damaging anything? So I had to escalate this line being buried so I can main my front yard. Stay away from this company and if the city reaches out for right of way ask to explore options if possible. It’ll save you the headache
