  I purchased a new air conditioning system through Elmers about two years ago along with the maintenance plan. I just had my maintenance appointment done and the technician Mark was great, very personal and efficient with his work. I look forward to doing business whit him and Elmers in the future. However if there’s anything they Elmer’s could work on I’d say they could work on scheduling a bit better, especially for the folks that have purchased the maintenance programs and automatically schedule the next maintenance app or if it can’t be done automatically make it part of the process while on the phone or during the installation process.

  Mario definitely one of Elmer’s five-star employees in our book. He informed us upfront that we’d need a whole AC unit. However, one of my daughters, who initially purchased the unit, is collaborating with John Wayne AC because of the installation date of the equipment versus the year, she financed it.Personally, Mario was very polite, patient and well knowledgeable. He is a true caring gentleman and I truly appreciate his time in service. Ms. Larralde

  I cannot say enough great things about Chris Ajamian and Jesus Garcia “Pepper”! From the moment they arrived, they were the definition of professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how at ease they made us feel in our own home. It honestly felt like we had a couple of friends over helping us tackle a project — friendly, personable, and genuinely kind. That level of comfort and trust means everything. And bonus points for appreciating our home décor — that definitely didn’t go unnoticed! 😊 If you need HVAC services, this is the dream team. I would recommend Chris and Pepper to anyone without hesitation. Thank you both so much for your amazing work — you truly went above and beyond!

  I recently replaced a water heater in Rockport for $1,500 total, so I expected something similar in San Antonio. Elmer’s quoted me $4,500. I was honestly shocked. I ended up hiring another company that completed the entire job for under $1,000. I’m giving two stars because their customer service was actually very good. The technician was polite, attentive, and professional. They communicated well, sent me his photo and contact information ahead of time, and even waived the $59 service fee. However, I cannot justify a $4,500 quote for a job that was completed elsewhere for a fraction of that price. Please get multiple estimates before committing.

  Michelle at Elmer’s did an outstanding job with my HVAC maintenance. She was extremely thorough, very professional, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the system. Michelle took the time to explain what she was doing, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure everything was working efficiently before she left. On top of that, she was genuinely kind and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Michelle and Elmer’s for reliable, top-quality HVAC service.
