  We contacted Elmers late on a Saturday due to no water in our home. We were panicked becuse we had just moved in to this home 6 weeks prior. Max Sifuentez showed up and got to work. He was able to find the leak outside near our water softener system. After some late night investigating he found the broken pipe and made a plan to repair it the following morning in order to let the water pooled dry out. He showed up early the next day and executed on the plan, all the while encouraging me to shadow to see what's being done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would definitely recommend Max with Elmer's for your plumbing needs.

  Way overpriced. All about money. Had sewage backup at my rental property and they came by said it was clogged. Then said it would be $1100 more to run the hydro jet to unclog it. I said go ahead. They then called my and said the pipe was collapsing and that for 40 ft it would be 10k! I called my other company i normally use AAA Augar and they didn’t charge to diagnosis they said right away what it was and only charged me $7300 to replace the whole pipe. Would not recommend Elmers always get a second quote.

  Mario Olivares was very professional, helpful, and explained in detail the steps that were needed. He covered the timetable on the work that is to be preformed. He found the problem quickly and explained the source causing the problem. He provided the solution and he went over his plan, the cost and steps that would help keep the system working for years to come. I can see that his skillset and level of expertise is great. He adds great value to the customer experience. Thank you.

  Bought a whole new AC system for $50,000 from Elmer and was told to they were gonna to contact us after six months to service the system never to get another phone call from Elmer. So from experience, best to check around with other companies. Elmer failed us.

  Hector came out to help me with a heating problem and gave me the best experience with a company that I have been through to date. First of all he was very personable. He immediately proved to be an amazing person with strong family values and a heart that looks out for his customer's best interest. He ran a very detailed diagnosis of our system and took clear pictures of where our unit was lacking. He gave us varying options and awarded us with comfort that all would be okay and that we were in good hands with Elmers. He wasn't overly pushy in sales like other companies but he did express the importance and benefits of all the services. Although I needed some time to weigh the options, he made sure to set up a time to get in touch with me to see where I was at with my decision. Elmer's got a good one with Hector.
