I called Elmer's and was told that they could not talk to me because I was not the property owner. Thanks for nothing Elmer's. Finally did the on line referral and had them call my mom who then had them talk to me. Americo came out and quickly fixed the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable. He saved your rating from a 1 to 4 overall.

TY so much!!

- DGDarryl GreerNov 7, 20251.0I am in the middle the worst customer service experience with Elmer's. I can not recommend this company. In January 2025, I paid $3500 to repair a home leak. The repair failed in 6 months and caused water damage to my pantry. I reported the warranty claim to Elmer's and they sent a second plumber who seemed to look for other reasons to discount the warranty claim...like testing my water for hardness!?! They completed the fix again but seemed to have balked on the water damage that had been caused. My pantry is still in disrepair, Elmer's have not responded to any of my calls/ text, and I am extremely disappointed. I plan on reporting them to the BBB and other consummer advocacy groups.
