  Horrible service. The first invoice was sent and I paid it. Then I got an urgent call that she forgot to change the bid from another customer, so the total cost would double. OK. But when the installer came, he broke the window on the 2F shattering glass on to the yard (which he never cleaned up). If that wasn't enough, he was missing a pane, despite our multiple attempts to confirm the order. So we had to tape over the gap left by the missing pane. When that got replaced, the grids didn't line up, causing a tacky look. And we had to pay even more for the pane. What did East End do for all our trouble? Knock $50 off of a nearly $2000 order. That was the best the owner could do. I won't be doing business with them again and will discourage anyone from ever doing business with them. They disrespected my contractor after he gave them over 20 years of loyal business. Incompetent, irresponsible, and sloppy is how I would describe East End Glass.

  Today Tony and Chris came to property both were professional at their job showed up with great attitude and lot of advice on how they were going to fix the window I have always used this company for all my window projects or glass work they always have the better prices as well than other company in San Antonio Thanks again Tiny and Chris keep up the good work The Lodge

  First reciew: Excellent customer service. 👌 Second review: Earlier I commented on the exceptional customer service provided by East End Glass company. After two days of being mounted in the window frame, the replacement glass cracked for no apparent reason. Lots of companies might have been skeptical of the circumstances but not East End Glass. The employee took one look, said it looked like a pressure fracture and said they would fix it at no charge. It was repaired and ready for pickup in a couple of hours. If there is one glass company in San Antonio that you need to do business with, East End Glass is it. Thanks for your outstanding service.

  Had a glass table top replaced. From placing my order to delivery, the team was super friendly and helpful! They were adrorably excited to deliver my "beautiful table top," clearly taking pride and joy in their work. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend. 👍
