  Horrible customer service and defective products I originally purchased a so called high end chandelier in September which has never worked and have paid 2 different electricians to confirm the electrical is defective and still as of February got nothing resolving the issue, nor do they know how to handle a refund. Some how the receptionists was more aware of the situation then the manager. And still waiting for the issue to be resolved even after they put in writing that I would be refunded with no result

  Three sales persons in the store neither one ask if they could help me onlp one spoke with a funky little wave. The other two never parted their lips to say anything. Prejudice was in the atmosphere. I will never go back there especially to spend my money. POOR customer service.

  We have been in several times as we're remodeling our house & Ashley has been supee helpful. We've made a few purchases & gotten some great deals. The lights are look great in our house. Will definitely go here for any lights we need.

  Chelsea helped me buy some carpet for my hobbie room and made the whole thing a complete breeze this place rocks! You can buy carpet left-overs/remnants and I will use them again!

  The service is unlike anything! They were willing to go way above and beyond what I even exprected. I have never met a business in this type of industry that cares so much about customer satisfaction. Although this time they weren't able to help me with my unique problem they provided a solution for the future. But I am beyond grateful for what they went through to help me. I will never shop big box store for flooring again. Customer service is here the absolute best.
