  The service is unlike anything! They were willing to go way above and beyond what I even exprected. I have never met a business in this type of industry that cares so much about customer satisfaction. Although this time they weren't able to help me with my unique problem they provided a solution for the future. But I am beyond grateful for what they went through to help me. I will never shop big box store for flooring again. Customer service is here the absolute best.

  Extremely Disappointed with Poor Customer Service I walked into CW Floors and Lighting ready to shop for lighting fixtures and backsplash tiles fully intending to make a significant investment. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and was the only actual customer there, yet I was completely ignored by the staff. There were two male employees and one female sales rep in the store at the time. Instead of greeting or offering assistance, the two employees were casually chatting with the sales rep about personal, non-business-related topics. She wasn’t even a customer just a vendor visiting the store. Still, she received all of their attention while I was overlooked entirely as a paying customer. Feeling dismissed, I walked out upset. My husband then went inside to speak with someone and approached Troy, who had remained seated and inattentive throughout my visit. Only after my husband expressed our frustration did Troy offer a slew of excuses. But let’s be honest.. there’s no excuse for ignoring a paying customer when the store is empty. He even gave the excuse to my husband that “many people walk in and look at light fixtures and don’t buy.” Unfortunately, that was not the case with us, but now is due to the poor customer service. To be fair, the store does have a large selection of tiles and chandeliers, and I was fully prepared to spend money. But I will absolutely take my business elsewhere if I’m not going to be valued or respected as a customer. And to be fair for the review, I will give an extra star because the showroom was clean and a beautiful shower with the lighting and tons of tile options, but as far as customer service in business ethics, I cannot give any more stars.

  I visited CW Floors & Lighting off Loop 410 and Jackson Keller looking for Brazilian hardwood flooring. There were three older gentlemen working and only one other customer in the store, yet no one greeted us when we walked in. One employee was on his computer while the other two were on their phones. When I asked if they carried Brazilian hardwood, I was told no. I asked again, since it’s a pretty common option, and only then did he say yes, vaguely pointed to it, and walked away without offering any further help. The customer service was terrible—cold, dismissive, and uninterested. We felt like our business didn’t matter to them, so we left. Definitely won’t be returning.

  Bob did a great job helping me pick the right flooring and he also went above and beyond coordinating the installation on such short notice. I love my new floors and the pricing was very reasonable as well! I’m very happy I went with this company.
