- ACAbraham CruzFeb 11, 20265.0This was long overdue. In December 2025, CPS shut off our gas to update the meter, which required an inspection for leaks from the furnace and water heater. Unfortunately, we were not up to code, and it would have been risky to turn on the boiler and furnace for testing. CPS did not want to be held accountable for any potential issues, so we were left without hot water and heat for two days during a very cold weekend. Comfort Tech came through for us. They were informative, professional, and quick to respond. They installed a new AC unit, coils, furnace, and water heater in a timely manner. The work was done efficiently and very cleanly. Our family was extremely happy with the fast turnaround and quality of service. We highly recommend Comfort Tech!
