  Blake did a great job performing routine maintenance of our tankless hot water heater. He was most efficient, respectful and polite. He described thoroughly his findings and recommendation for future service. Chambliss Plumbing is great in all they do. Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately there are no free estimates. Everything else looks good though. I basically called to see if they did. Calling for a friend of the family and explained the issue. Received a reply back and was informed that they do not do estimates, and proceeded to mention how the cost of the repair is calculated. Respectfully I understand that. However I feel that its more of a take it or leave it situation not allowing to shop around. Perhaps someday this will be allowed.

  Disappointed to be writing this review, but since I received an invitation to share my experience, I assume they welcome honest feedback. I’ve used this company in the past and previously had good experiences. About a year ago, they performed what I understood to be the same service for me. This time, however, I was charged nearly $100 more for what seemed like an identical job. I was also charged what was initially described to me as a diagnostic fee, which was confusing because I specifically scheduled the appointment to have a toilet reinstalled — there was nothing new to diagnose. When I questioned the charge, I was later told it wasn’t a diagnostic fee but that the work took longer than 30 minutes. My understanding is that the visit covers the first 30 minutes. The technicians called at my gate at 12:41 pm and were back at their truck with tools by 1:09 pm. (I can verify the timing through my doorbell camera.) Based on that timeline, the total time on site was 28 minutes. From my perspective, the hands-on work appeared to be completed within that 30-minute window, so I was unclear why additional time was billed. I may not fully understand how their time is calculated, but it was not clearly explained to me. It also appeared that an apprentice performed much of the work. As a customer, it was frustrating to feel like I was paying more for a service that previously cost less. Afterward, I called the office to discuss the charges. I spoke with someone I understood to be a manager, who stood behind the billing. The conversation left me unclear about how the 30-minute service window is calculated — whether it includes labor only or other time such as administrative tasks. I did not feel that my concerns about the timing were meaningfully addressed.

  My Internet crashed during my first review. Gio came out today and was very professional. He was on time, communicated very well, and was incredibly polite and kind. My mom recommended this company to me and I have to say, I'm very glad she did. 10/10! Great company, great communication and absolutely professional experience. Please give Gio some praise. He was great!
