  We went to this place after researching a multitude of options for putting in a complete lower level new floor because the reviews were so good. Plus we like to support local small businesses. Carlson's did not disappoint. In fact, not only did they exceed our expectation with a great looking new floor, a unique product that exactly fit our needs, large selection, wonderful customer service and fast, exceptional installation - they came in under our budget. We couldn't be happier. It looks great and is performing well. Jeff Carlson gave us personable, expert help that was everything and more that we were looking for. We HIGHLY recommend Carlson's flooring.

  Carlson’s is a great company that is fair in their pricing and makes sure the job is done right and that the customer is happy. This is a father and son business that has a lot of integrity. They’ve done a tile and flooring job for us. Highly recommended.

  We worked with Jeff Jr. and we were impressed every step of the way! He made sure that we understood everything that was happening through the entire installation and afterwards came out to look at some areas that needed a bit of attention and he has those fixed immediately! The installers were just as amazing! Very conscientious and thorough. They pointed out any issues they ran into and made sure we approved before they made any changes. They were also very polite and considerate. We highly recommend Carlson's Flooring and will use them again!

  Had two rooms of Hardwood installed and Master bedroom re-carpeted. From the beginning top the end I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jeff Jr listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions helping me with my choices. He promptly provided an estimate that was a turn key price. Responded to my questions in a timely manner, someone was available in the store when i wanted to reconsider one of my choices. The installers were hard working to complete job in timely manner and cleaned up. I was comfortable having them in my home. i would recommend you visit Carlson's if considering new carpet or hard flooring
