  Jeff and his team gave us the best price and did a wonderful job. I received quotes from two other companies, but Jeff was the only person to explain the process to me in detail. He personally came out to the house more than once to ensure everything was going well. He is honest, transparent, and has exceptional customer service. Our new floors look great, the team was professional and efficient, and my only regret is that I didn't tackle this project sooner!

  We had the BEST experience with Carlson’s Flooring. Jeff is incredible! He came to our home, took measurements, brought samples and gave us a very competitive quote. He and his crews were punctual and Jeff was very responsive and walked us through the entire process. We highly recommend Carlson’s Flooring. You won’t be be disappointed!

  Had two rooms of Hardwood installed and Master bedroom re-carpeted. From the beginning top the end I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jeff Jr listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions helping me with my choices. He promptly provided an estimate that was a turn key price. Responded to my questions in a timely manner, someone was available in the store when i wanted to reconsider one of my choices. The installers were hard working to complete job in timely manner and cleaned up. I was comfortable having them in my home. i would recommend you visit Carlson's if considering new carpet or hard flooring

  unbelievable service, honest and on time. I am so happy with my sales person John, who came out and measured, gave me a flat fixed fee and didn't nickel and dime me to death (like four other quotes), then the guys who came out Julian and his assistant, were a pleasure. On time, ripped up the old, cleaned the concrete, new pad and gorgeous new plush carpet.. Thank you so much Carlson's!!
