    I contacted Beluga Air because my air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I spoke with Carla, who provided excellent customer service and quickly scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours. Matthew arrived on time, did a full assessment, and explained that my unit needed to be replaced, it just wasn’t cost-effective to repair. He went over several replacement options that fit both my needs and my budget. Both Carla and Matthew provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend Beluga Air for their professionalism, honesty, and quick response!

    The beluga air commercial is misleading and false advertisement. They clearly state “on average customers save UP TO 54%” The wording combines two statistical ideas that don’t logically fit together: •“On average” implies a typical or mean result. •“Up to 54%” implies a maximum possible result. This kind of phrasing is often designed to make the number feel typical while legally only promising a maximum.

    Dalvin Jimenez provided outstanding service during the maintenance and installation of my AC system. He was highly professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly.     Excellent experience. I’ve called four different companies for a quote on a central A/C unit install and Raul was the only technician that went up into the attic to check the supply plenum. It turns out that the supply plenum is to short. I did a little research of my own and yes; for a five ton unit the supply plenum should be between 38” to 48” to allow the air to stabilize before entering the ducts; ours was only 30”. It was installed like that by the builder. They installed the Blower unit underneath a stud which prevented the contractor from installing the proper size plenum. Thank you.
