Kind and stated what he was doing before he did it. Had some news to share with us and did it in a professional way by stating AND SHOWING us the facts. Took pictures and video of each thing he found. Had suggestions. We asked him if it was his family, what would he do? He seemed genuine in his response and stated his family had done what we needed to have completed. He had the part on hand and was able to complete same day within a half hour. Can we have him out again for our next maintenance service call!? Ha!

Deron, the sales technician was courteous, professional and advised on what was needed for our AC replacement. He reviewed all installation, parts and service with us and was extremely helpful. Had it resolved in no time and was off. Then about 10 minutes after leaving he called back to inform us that we would be hearing from the shop by Friday to set up an appointment to replace a part that could cause a problem in the future. We thanked him for his attention to our AC system and wished him a very Merry Christmas. We tell everyone Baluga is the very best in San Antonio!
