- CFCarole FMay 15, 20235.0Beazer Homes is a fantastic home builder. My experience has been amazing from the first time I walked the model. The homes are built to be highly every efficient and they are QUIET! They have this “show me the bunny” presentation with a chocolate bunny sitting IN THE ATTIC and it’s not at all melted! That’s because of the foam blown insulation. Some things that other builders don’t do as standard: 6 inch wall construction (not 4), blown foam insulation, Energy Star certified homes, and tall ceilings and windows. There is also a very easy process to select your floor plan and options. Come visit the model in Veranda, you’ll love it I’m sure. It’s modern and comfortable, and you’ll love visiting with Sola and Zach!
