  After being rushed to close, they delivered a home without resolving the agreed-upon fixes, and it was absolutely filthy. I had a list of over 75 issues that seem to grow instead of decrease every time they come in to fix something on the list. The VP of their construction staff has excuses for his excuses, and I have text messages to prove it. Their warranty guy admitted that we had "fallen through the cracks." I moved into this home in June and it is almost October, and as of today, we still cannot use our upstairs bathroom (smells like sewage today), and my living area flooring is either damaged or was installed defectively. The only redeeming quality of Beazer is the one customer care manager who has tried his best to get things done. This review would be much worse had it not been for him. Would I recommend them? No. Who would I recommend? Chesmar. They delivered a clean home, complete with a welcome package, and their attention to detail showed. My list of complaints was small—something I could count on my fingers—and those issues were resolved quickly. Whenever one of their trades needed to fix something, they managed them effectively. Their construction management team was on top of it, and when they missed something, they owned it. I never once had to enlist customer care because they all cared and worked diligently to make things right.

  Avoid Beazer Homes – A Nightmare Experience Buying a brand-new home should be exciting, but purchasing from Beazer Homes has been nothing but a nightmare. The house has numerous cosmetic defects, and despite being new, it requires extensive repairs. The builders work so fast that they don’t seem to care about quality, leaving homeowners to deal with the consequences. Their website claims they use the best materials, but in reality, they use the cheapest, lowest-quality materials available on the market. Yet, they sell the homes at a premium price, making you think you’re getting top quality when you’re really not. Getting repairs done is an incredibly frustrating process. The warranty company takes weeks just to respond, and even longer to send a technician. When they finally do, the fixes are slow and inadequate. If you're considering buying a home from Beazer Homes, be extremely careful. Inspect every corner thoroughly, because you’ll likely find plenty of small but crucial issues that need attention. I deeply regret purchasing from Beazer Homes. If you want a stress-free home-buying experience, look elsewhere.
