  Wow! Alvarado’s Building and Remodeling was amazing 2 weeks ago! We are a real estate team and needed last minute emergency help at one of our listings. We called and they took care of the problem same day at a very reasonable rate. We will call them first for any client needs. Definitely a wonderful experience and we happily give them a 5 star review! The best in San Antonio.

  My husband and I have used Alvarado’s for many projects. On our first home they built us custom closets, and they rebuilt our 2nd story decks. Both projects came out wonderful. …… We purchased another home and hired the Alvarado’s (again) to handle many projects including roof repairs, wall repairs, whole home electrical, new hvac system, interior paint, refurbishing wood floors, refurbishing original windows and a few other upgrades. Our project was complicated and took a lot of patience because the home is 120 years old and oversized. We are nearing the end of the project and Manny is doing a great job managing all of the moving parts of the project as well as the subs. Timmy has put his best foot forward getting creative to fix all of our old home problems, even finding matching hardware from second hand stores to match our existing historic home hardware. David has been finishing up all of the detail work and has superior attention to detail. I feel confident that they will not leave our project until it is perfect, because the owners and employees take great pride in what they deliver! Much thanks to the Alvarado’s and their employees for honoring all of our home renovation requests, and for their ongoing patience with our old historic/finicky home. The house looks beautiful and my family is looking forward to spending many years here!

  This is the best team out there! I was looking for someone to help with an addition to an older home and ended up doing a total remodel and Alvarado’s handled everything from start to finish. They were kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and hardworking. I could not recommend this team more. I will be using them for any future projects that may arise.

  Frank and Angel Alvarado were great to work with and did a wonderful job adding a gas fireplace to our home. They were patient and helpful during the early phases. Informative and steady during the construction phase. The work was timely and at the end, they were so kind to come on a weekend to finish - my wife’s brother was near the end of his terminal cancer diagnosis very quickly. We were rushing to get over to him and the Alvarado’s were able to wrap things up, so we could travel knowing our project was behind us. They are great! Fair and honest. Our project came in under budget too. I can’t say enough good things about ABR, Frank and his team.
