Saldivar3 days ago5.0From the initial phone call to inquire, right down to the delivery and installation of water softener, I was deeply moved and impressed by the dedication, work ethics, and commitment of everyone I interacted with. Within a 24 hour period from first phone call, to the departure of the technicians, I had a new system. Additionally, the knocking of pipes was gone. Joshua was amazingly thorough and clear on what to expect and why; this was followed by the quick and efficient installation of system by Sergio and his assistant, Adrian,. The cost was competitive and fair, perhaps slightly discounted due to Black Fridau discounts as well as equipment trade ins. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service. But best of all, the people were outstanding. I could easily relate to them as more than just friends; more like family. I would gladly welcome them back into my home. Thank you for your kindness and consideration. In this day and age where division seems to be the norm, expect solidarity and unity with AWS. I loved you guys! ❤️
