He answered any questions we had to our satisfaction and was very efficient. After replacing the filter cartridges on the R/O system he checked the soft water unit to make sure it was running at peak efficiency and to our satisfaction. Jeff was great and we hope he comes back for our next service.

We live about 5min outside 1604 on Bandera Rd Not a rural area. If you’re looking for a new system to remove the chlorine smell for $6000 this is it! if you want soft skin soft hair and all the other benefits this is not it! I actually had to purchase a soft water shower head filter off Amazon because it is that bad of a softener. I did place a service call which the person that took my call was nice enough to schedule and inform me I had ONE FREE SERVICE VISIT? anyway the technician come out and said there was some chlorine in my water, but that could’ve been from a regeneration being done while someone turned on the hot water????? I told him you know, speaking of regeneration this thing never regenerates and he told me once a month is all it should need? I then asked about the error code and he called two different people and said it could be just a programing error????? SMH... I never had this problem before with my previous softener and I don't have time for this back and fourth scenarios. REGRET is feeling like you lost thousands of dollars by choosing the wrong company.
