Did a wonderful job at diagnosing the problem and providing options for fixing said issue so they can come back later to do the fix. It was only 1400 dollars to clean the coils on my AC system so it wasn't bad.

We had a foundation drain leak and initially went through an inspection ($292.50), a “pinpoint” service ($1,210.50), and an excavation/repair ($7,500). After the repair, I noticed water still coming through the weep holes and was concerned the leak hadn’t been fully resolved.
After my original review, the company reached out and came back to take another look. Weston, the service manager, personally called me and was very courteous and professional. He explained that what I was seeing could have been residual water from the original leak working its way out through the weep holes.
They insisted that the repair was finished and they backfilled while I was gone for work. I came back to new fresh water and mud by the foundation. I’m in need of a solution at this point.

Fire Department plumbing issue had been seen by 3 other plumbing companies with no resolve. Called Air & Drain Works and Brayden was sent to diagnose the problem, and he did. Parts were ordered and a couple of days later, the crew was on site. First they had to determine what past fixes went wrong and then with a collaborative effort of master plumbers and manufacturers working together, the proper installation of some intricate piping was resolved. After 2 years of searching and then paying for bad fixes, we are totally operational now. The members of this Fire Department give many thanks to Weston, Brayden, Julian and Dalton for their diligence and transparency thru this process. Be ready when we call you for the next job!
