  I would like to express how very pleased I was with the A/C Tech, Isaac Gomez. He was professional, courteous and most important very detailed. He also took the time to answer and explain any questions I asked him. He has been here before and each time, same quality service. Great all around service starting with the office staff. They call clients with reminders of any upcoming service due on unit. Staff is always professional and friendly as well. That is equally important!

  I've used Air Authoriy for maintaining my units for over a year now and during this time also used them to have a new unit installed. They do a great job of communicating, showing up during the time slots they say they will, and otherwise being very professional. I highly recommend this local hvac company!

  We were referred to Air Authority by our electrician (Denali Electric <-- who is awesome, too!). We knew we were gonna need to replace both Systems (previous owners didn't properly care for them and systems didn't last as long as they should have) so, Air Authority gave us a good Quote for 2 Systems. Thumbs up for Mr. Casey Burns (Sales) and the two install crews (special thx to Issac!). Work ethic, workmanship, customer engagement, and efficient (cleaned up everything!!) for those persons mentioned. (Note: We would've given a 5 Star but due to Mr. Mike Guillory's (who is a VP of what exactly I don't know) unfortunate mishandling of an otherwise very simple Rebate related matter and horrible Customer Service "skills" (he doesn't have any) that everyone else had to pitch in to get it handled ... which they did!). I highly recommend the company and all of the employees mentioned herein.

  Just had a person come out and look at my AC furnace for a diagnostic. They originally told me yesterday that they might not be able to squeeze me in today but if they could, then I would just get a phone call in the morning. So I said OK no problem. They called me and said a technician was on their way and I said great! The technician got here he was professional, very personable knowledgeable, and didn’t try and rip me off of anything. However, there was a $90 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware about that the lady on the phone did not tell me about so I was left to pay this $90 that I had no idea I was going to be forced to pay and luckily he didn’t need to do anything, but it would’ve been nice to have a heads up because I probably wouldn’t have made the appointment had I known it was gonna be $90
