I am trying to sell the home now and the home inspector found roofing nails coming loose and minor shingle damage. I contacted Blanca at Accu-Rite who promised to honor their warranty and make the repairs very quickly. It has been over two weeks and no repairs and now Blanca is avoiding my calls. Buyer beware of any company that does not honor their warranty.
