  David arrived right on time and was super friendly, kind and informative. He was very patient answering my many questions and explaining the condition of my garage door. He even called his supervisor, who I believe was Cody, who further helped me understand. He was also kind and listened to my concerns. David was the best representative of A1 Garage Door that I could have hoped for! Thank you David and I would use A1 again!

  I want to thank A1 and Armad, especially for getting to the source of my garage door issue and repairing it. After three companies quoted me prices for new systems, A1 was the only company that checked my original system first and discovered that it was still operational and repairable. I had been under the assumption from a company two years earlier that my door was unfixable and I would have to replace it. I just so appreciate not having to incur expensive replacement costs before my equipment and I were ready for that. I set myself up with A1 on an annual maintenance contract because this experience with them makes me trust that they have my best interest in mind.

  A1 garage door technician Joshua Hernandez arrived on time and then explained what could be happening with my garage door not opening all the way. He did an evaluation on everything from the weight of the door to the springs rollers etc.Joshua brought out parts that I needed and explained the function and cost while giving me options to choose from with no pressure to sell me what I didn’t need.Joshua installed all the parts and did a full inspection on the garage door to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.We communicated throughout the repair of do’s and dont’s and safety. Joshua is a real professional. Would fully recommend A1 for their expertise and commitment to their craft.

  Great! Stephen Feniuck the technician is an expert in his field, he is not only knowledgeable in his trade but he is also honest/upfront about cost and plans. He inspected my garage door explain to me where I was at with my door and what steps I should take when the time comes for replacement of parts. He assured me that he would be there for me explaining the different plans I could go with when replacing the spring. Thank you! Stephen and thank you! A1 Garage

  We had been having issues with our Garage Door, it was not opening all the way, sometimes half-way sometimes less. So we called around and A1 Garage Door Service sent Joshua Hernandez. No service fee for new customers. Background, we have been in our home for 25 years same garage door opener. We had to replace our spring Pre-covid. So Josh did his assessment had me meet him the garage where he explained everything to me, so that I could understand what he was talking about. We had one spring versus two springs which helps the motor work easier and less wear and tear. The spring we had was not even rated for the size and weight of our door. So I had him do the work and we were amazed at how much quieter and gentler our garage door worked. No excessive jerking or slamming as it closed. He was easy to work with and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done. He finished the work and called me out again, garage was clean no mess, he proceeded to tell us all he had done. He opened and closed the garage and had me do it from the keypad and both our vehicles to ensure there would be no issues once he left. Awesome service, they do have 5% Senior/AAA/Military discount.
