Just very calm and knowledgeable about what we needed to solve the problem. He also made sure that I stayed within my price range so that the problem didn’t affect my budget. I will definitely be using this company again, they do a lot of training with their associates and make sure they are knowledgeable of the product.

He walked me through everything and even got my old remote connected with the new motor. The price of the overall installation did seem a big high (for basic standard motor - $989) but David did a fantastic job getting it installed. I highly recommend, esp. because the last garage door people who came out didn't point out some of the issues that David was very knowledgeable about.

His appearance, clear presentation, positive attitude, and attention to detail resulted in rebuilding my 20 year-old garage door in first rate fashion. I understood the pricing and the warranties. I am completely satisfied with my rebuilt door. I consider the turnkey price fair. I give Henry and A1 Garage Door 6 Stars, 12 on a ten scale, and Outstanding for a qualitative rating. Best door repair experience For me in 45 years.
