  Joseph R. Came out to replace my garage door tension spring after it suffered a catastrophic failure, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I upgraded to the A1 lifetime springs and couldn't be happier with how they look and perform.

  Steven Feniuck and Grant Johnson was extremely polite, knowledgeable about the problems we have with our garage door. We have to replace the door and they guide us through the process.   Joseph Redgate was amazing; very prompt and professional. He kept me informed throughout the whole repair of my broken springs and install of my new garage opener. He only replaced what was absolutely necessary, and made recommendations based on my needs and budget. I'll definitely be using A1 again for any of my garage door needs.

  I Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. I wasn’t home but the wife took the appointment on our behalf. She mentioned the fella was very detailed and organized and the squirrels even enjoyed their company. I guess you had to be there to appreciate the activity of the squirrels.

  Mr Rivera was very knowledgeable and everything he was explaining to me. He took the time to make sure I was understanding what he was explaining to me, and then not pressured me to do anything. I did not want everything. He told me was very truthful and honest, and I took his recommendation to replace in my Springs. Hope that he gets a promotion along the way he is very knowledgeable And has a patience to do this type of service I wish I’m one of the best And many blessings for for his journey with your company. I would definitely recommend him not so much your company, but I know he’s part of you but the person that you guys hired is truly genuine and very understanding and knowledgeable.
