Ayden was great- knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. What was disappointing was the cost for a simple water test. 250.00. When I called today to ask for a retest, I was informed I would have to pay another $250, so I will look elsewhere.

I believe they're overpriced. I was charged $600 for them to come fix a leak at an elbow joint of a pipe going to my water softener that they installed less than a year ago. They were here an hour and charged $560 for labor, which is their standard price for what they called a two man job.

I’ve had flowcore out to my residence a few times and their crew guys have always been really knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately for me (and the crew) maybe a little bit too helpful? I’ll explain. I had an issue with the UV light filter on my house filtration system. It seemed to be an easy fix, so I bought the parts myself and attempted the fix.
It turned out to be above my pay grade so I opted for professional help. Called flowcore and explained the situation. My UV light is broken, I’ve purchased all the necessary repair parts, I just need a professional to install it for me. To which I was told no problem and they sent someone out.
Fast forward to the technician arriving at my home. He took the parts I purchased (keep in mind these were manufacturers parts) not amazon knockoffs or cheap replacements. The good stuff. He installed the parts. Everything was good! We were happy.
Fast forward about 3 weeks later the UV light starts leaking water. Which cause the UV power supply to stop working. Not a big deal, in my eyes, just needed it to be fixed. I called flowcore back and explained the situation. To which I was told, “flowcore would have never install parts purchased by the customer…” I told them, “ok…? Well that’s interesting because you did.” To which their answer was, “well we shouldn’t have done that and we’re not covering any of this work because it wasn’t done with parts we purchased…”
Now look, I’m a pretty reasonable guy, but needless to say this was frustrating because to fix this was going to cost hundreds of dollars possibly even 1200-1400 bucks. I called flowcore over 10 times to speak with management or ownership. I was dodged for weeks and months. They hoped I would just go away. Which I did, so they win. But that doesn’t make it right what happened.
I would say beware of this company because if they treated me this way. It could happen to you as well.
