His communication was excellent, always open and clear, and he was incredibly flexible throughout the process. Andrew is not only highly professional but also a genuinely nice person, which made everything smooth and stress-free for us. On top of delivering great work, he often acted as a trusted advisor, offering guidance in several situations that extended beyond his scope. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Andrew and JA Smith Construction!

  Nothing but GOD! I had the most memorable experience with this company and it's employees. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Enrique, as well as their entire work crew, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my complete satisfaction. Our project took some unexpected turns, and revealed some unanticipated problems, but through it all, I was kept informed and encouraged while JA Smith Roofing and Construction Company proved themselves to be trustworthy, reliable, professional and a joy to work with until the job was done. God sends the right people into our lives, at the right time, and uses them to be a blessing in our lives in the most unusual ways. I am so glad that He allowed our paths to cross, because not only have I found a company that takes pride in their workmanship but I made some new friends that happen to do exceptional home improvements!

  J.A. Smith Roofing and Construction did an incredible job remodeling our bathrooms and installing a new fence. Their crew was not only hardworking but also respectful and professional every step of the way. While the price was slightly higher than some competitors, the quality of work and attention to detail made it absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects. Highly recommend!.

  We had gone through several bad contractors before finding Andrew, and he was an absolute life saver. He is professional, easy to communicate with, and works with integrity. He corrects any mistakes without hesitation and genuinely cares about making his customers happy. Doing any kind of home repairs or remodeling is so incredibly stressful, especially with a bad contractor, but with Andrew I learned I didn’t have to worry about anything. That peace of mind alone is priceless. Because we struggled to find a good contractor, we kept putting off house projects for years. But once we found Andrew, we were finally able to tackle everything on our list. He replaced our fence, did our roof, redid our driveway and sidewalk, remodeled our bathrooms, installed gutters and flooring, replaced a sliding door, and even built us a beautiful covered patio. Thanks to Andrew, we finally have our dream home! I’ve referred him to clients, family, and friends, and they’ve all had the same amazing experience.
