I hired Granite to fix my 94 year old mom’s foundation, and wasted $3800.00 shimming Beams that their engineering report said afterwards was a total waste of money, that the Beams needed to be replaced, then shimmed. So I am $3800.00 and they came back and said it would cost another $7800.00, needless to say, no discount for wasting $3800.00, so I went with a different company and so glad i did. I would NEVER use Granite foundation again.
