  I'd rather give a 5 star review but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. We hired this pro for a clogged toilet during a guest stay because they could get there quickly. The technician was nice and polite, but the job took about 4 hours, cost around $800 before tax, and was initially treated as usable before it really was. If you’re not there in person, it turns into a headache to monitor, and for this kind of price I expected the issue to be handled much more smoothly. The biggest thing to know is that the troubleshooting changed during the job. The tech arrived without a camera, and I only found that out after 45 minutes. Would be nice to know ahead of time. We were first told a camera was not needed, but later told one would be needed to finish the job on Monday. The pro was nice and informative throughout the process. End of the day, it was resolved but stressful and expensive.

  Jorge with Plumbing Outfitters was a great experience. From my very first call to meeting the technician they provided great customer service. Jorge arrived well before the time window given was close to ending. He is professional, respectful, and dog friendly! He was quick to assess our leaking T-valve to the bidet. He performed the repairs and was out in about 30 minutes. Thank you for quick service! I am highly recommending this company to others!

  As far as service goes, they are solid and would get five stars. Melvin is great and I don't have a bad thing to say in those regards. HOWEVER, online scheduling has twice confirmed a reservation that never got fulfilled which is absolutely unacceptable when we have water our water turned off and have to unexpectedly extend that period out as well as scramble and pay weekend fees to get it addressed. It's better to have no online scheduling than one that doesn't work.

  We have used Plumbing Outfitters for all our plumbing needs for years. Jorge came out quickly, diagnosed the issue (in this case, a leaking hard water line under our yard, something I only noticed because the ground was soaked), dug, and repaired the issue at a very reasonable cost. We will continue to trust Plumbing Outfitters as long as we are in the area!

  Jorge and Tyler are wonderful! Both were very polite & friendly. They kept me informed on things they were doing, and after it was all done, Jorge showed me the pictures of everything they did and explained everything to me. They took care of my plumbing problems, and I will be forever grateful.
