  Jeff at Good Golly Garage Doors was great. I had two other estimates done to replace a broken spring prior to Jeff coming. He was the only one of the three that took the time to fully inspect my garage door. I was asked by each one how old my garage door and springs were. I had no idea because we had only been in this house for just over a year. Jeff was the only one to hop on a ladder and look at the date on the springs. He thoroughly explained all the options. He wasn’t pushy at all. I decided on the spot to have Jeff make the repairs. The cost was very reasonable and in line with the other estimates. What stood out the most was Jeff. I trusted him to do a good job. He got to work and completed the repairs in an hour. Everything has been working great since.

  Quality service and installation. My new house only had a garage door but no garage opener and it was not garage opener ready. They did an amazing and clean work 100% recommend.

  Our technician, Jeff, did an excellent job! We were able to get a same day appointment and the communication around arrival time was excellent- we only waited a few hours between scheduling and the technician arriving. He was able to fix our garage same day for a very reasonable price. He talked us through the age and workings of our garage door and warned us that some parts are aging and will eventually require replacement but it didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely hire Good Golly Garage Doors again!

  We called Good Golly and they were able to come out the same day. Jeff was on time and extremely friendly. The experience was more like a friend (a very knowledgeable and qualified friend) helping us out instead of a business transaction. He was thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the work being done, offering pointers and we never felt any pressure of an upsell for things we didn’t need. Would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future as well.

  Outstanding Service from Good Golly Garage Doors I recently had the pleasure of working with Good Golly Garage Doors, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My garage door suddenly wouldn’t open, and I later found out the torsion spring had snapped. If you’ve ever dealt with that before, you know it can completely stop your day. Thankfully, they were able to schedule me quickly, and the technician showed up right on time. My technician first off, professionalism and communication were top-notch. From the moment I reached out, they were quick to respond, friendly, and very knowledgeable about garage door systems. They took the time to explain what was going on with my garage door, what needed to be fixed, and what could wait — which I really appreciated because it showed they weren’t just trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Thank you for fixing my problem.
