Are their rates comparable to other companies, yes, but to be charged almost $700 for a service call and the diagnosis is wrong resulting in another $850 in parts/labor that does not resolve the issue is wrong! No compassion, no resolve, no customer service because they don't have to, they are the only Volvo company in Texas and take full advantage of it!
