  My garage door spring broke yesterday evening. I searched for garage door repair companies near me and found Gator Garage Doors. They had great reviews and online appointment booking as well as openings for the next day. Upon booking an appointment, I received a text confirming the appointment for the 1-5 pm window the next day. The technician Randall H. called 1.5 hrs early to let me know he was 15 min away. He arrived as stated and was a friendly, patient, and affable guy who seemed very experienced and capable. He diagnosed the problem, studied the garage door parts, and also let me know where the builder had cut corners. He presented a few repair options and didn't even try to upsell any additional services or enhancements at all. (I wish car salesmen and mechanics were all this straightforward and honest.). He carried his equipment into the garage through the house and worked very hard for the next two hours on the repair and even performed some garage maintenance like lubrication and clearing debris from the floor around the frame. At the end, he showed me his handiwork and thorough cleanup of the area. He did a great job! I would not hesitate to call Gator Garage Doors for the next garage door repair or even regular maintenance. They also have a maintenance service that you can pay $10 monthly and receive some discounts. (Randall only informed me when I asked if they offer maintenance services. They really don't try to upsell you at all!)

  Had Gator out to replace a broken garage door sprint. It broke on Sunday and they had an appointment Monday morning which was great. The technician did a good job and the door is now working. Overall the service was good, but I can't give 5 starts because of such a high price for job.

  Paul the technician was very knowledgeable and did not pressure but showed us what needed to be replaced. Brook came with him and they were both so kind and explained everything thoroughly. They were prompt and called before arriving and even offered to pick up a coffee since we were there first service call this morning. I was able to get them right away and no charge for them coming to do the inspection. I highly recommend Gator Garage Doors and ask for Paul.

  I've never had a more awesome and seamless experience with a home service company! I called the office and spoke with Kendra, who wrote down my info, answered my questions, and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. The next day, I received notifications when the technician, Gavin, was heading over. He showed up on time, we discussed the issues I was facing, and took care of everything I needed then and there, even new issues I hadn't mentioned to Kendra the day before. Gavin made super clear and helpful recommendations, and I never felt like he was trying to upcharge me or just make a sale. He knocked it all out, provided some tips for future maintenance based on his detailed inspection, and really made this an awesome experience for me. I can't believe how well my garage doors work now! I'm keeping these folks on speed dial for the next time I have garage door questions and issues. Thanks y'all!
