Told the lady on the phone several times it needed to be 96" tall but for some reason she quoted a completely different size and the quote she sent over, the letters for the size were so small you couldn't read them even after zooming in. I never thought for a second a company that does this every day would make such a stupid mistake so we moved forward. My 73 year old client called to make the payment and instead of using terms someone of her age and zero construction knowledge could understand, they told her 6/8 and 4/0. She didn't know what this meant so she ordered it still thinking she was getting an 8' door. When the door was delivered we realized the mistake and immediately called the location to get a resolution but they are completely unwilling to help claiming this standard size door was a "special order" and can not be returned even tho it was their mistake. My client saved up for over a year to give her late husband a gift and because of the incompetence of this company that dream it ruined. We as customers shouldn't have to babysit the people selling these products. Even a crap company like McDonald's will admit their mistakes and make it right but not builders firstsource. Its embarrassing
