- TJTravis JordanOct 6, 20255.0I had a GREAT experience with Bellus from start to finish. We got 3 different quotes to rip out carpet and do wood like tile in two bedrooms. -PRICE. Competitive with everyone but Bellus provided more clarity as to what you were paying for. -COMMUNICATION. Ryan must have answered hundreds of questions from me on text kindly and quickly. -LEAD TIME. The turnaround time for install was less than a week. Never flaked, showed up on time. -FINISH. The install team was efficient, courteous, and I was comfortable with them in my home while I was away. They grabbed me for any judgement calls that needed to be made and made no assumptions. It was simply "done right." Didn't drag out or over promise anything. All in all, it was a perfect experience with no anxiety and my wife is happy. Thanks Ryan, John, & Juan!

- TOTraci OehlerJul 28, 20251.0Bellus installed tile flooring in rooms previously carpeted to match current tile throughout the living area. John came out to match the mortar I currently had. Once tile was installed, it was clear that the mortar did not match the current color. Instead of stopping the process, he told me how I could buy dye to stain the new mortar to match the old. Then, when I asked him to return to discuss another project, I told him how I had tiles that were installed broken. He proceeded to gaslight me and asked “if I had partied too hard.” The broken tiles were never addressed or replaced. I would not recommend due to lack of taking responsibility and follow up.
