  My family and I move in this year to bra-new house the first week we have a lot electric problems,recently we have problem with the Ac and today with the plumbing my restroom,closet and bedroom was flooded,me personally before people try to get a any house make sure investigate deep the lender and make sure the house has inspection,honestly I don’t recommend Lensea homes at all…

  I recently closed on my Landsea townhome at Avery Centre and could not be more pleased with my new place. During the process, Thovas Brown [Sales] was very professional, addressed all concerns and issues within <24hours and most importantly he was not a pushy/aggressive salesman! He went above and beyond to answer all questions/concerns and never promised anything that Landsea couldn’t deliver! For my walk through, I was greeted by Thovas, Taylor Reams [Superintendent] and Kirk Talley [Warranty]. Taylor and Kirk were great and gave me a few pointers as a new homeowner. Taylor documented the minor issues and addressed or had a plan in place to close issues before closing day. On closing day, I was greeted by the team and Vincent [Division President] for my final walk through before closing that morning and they rolled out the blue carpet (felt like red carpet); it went well. As I stated in the beginning, I could not be more pleased with my new place, so thank you to the Landsea/NFM team for making this a smooth transition. If you are searching for your next place to call home, I recommend Landsea Avery Centre, ask for Thovas.

  I highly recommend Landsea homes, especially in the Avery Centre. These charming, turnkey townhomes have everything from style to high end appliances. This is the first community I have seen that offers a landscape packages and the HOA mows the front and back yard. I really love the location, in the heart of Round Rock, TX plus a short commute to downtown Austin, it is really ideal. It is also very close to trails and parks so you get the best of both worlds. I was very impressed with the care and quality they have put in these homes. Thovas showed the homes to us and was really was helpful as well as knowledgeable. I was also impressed with the time and quality he took to show us every special details of the home, especially the high end appliances. He is excellent at communicating and well as answering any questions we had. Go see these homes for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

  This community is a great place to live. The Landsea homes are well made and I love the floor plans. Great use of space! I worked with Thovas and have worked with him before. He’s helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond and come up with solutions.
