  We recently had LVP installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The process was smooth, quick, and professionally handled from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the final result looks absolutely beautiful. The floors completely transformed the space. Highly recommend for anyone considering new flooring. Give RC a call he was super helpful with our floor color selection and what we wanted!

  Bellus got the job done on time and in budget! We needed carpet all over our 2nd story and stairs. Tonya took great care of us from first welcome to finish. I like that they made the process easy. Lots of options and great advice.

  Randall was a great help. We shopped several other stores and no one else was as helpful as Randall. He was patient, answered all of our questions and never pushed us to make decisions. We actually found the carpet we wanted at another place, but they had no problem ordering it for us. The quoted price was almost 20% less than the other quotes we received and there was no hidden fees. Even after we ordered the carpet there was a problem with the manufacturer, and the owner John personally explained the situation and got it fixed. This is the type of service that a locally owned business can provide, which we never experienced at a big box store. The installers were amazing! They showed up on time and were fast, careful and professional. They worked non-stop through lunch to finish, clean up and make sure we were happy with the job. A couple days after Randall called to make sure we were happy and asked if anything needed attention, but everything was perfect. We definitely recommend Bellus Flooring.
