  I highly recommend Airfix. Irvin was great. He did a thorough inspection during the first service call. He took photos and patiently explained it all to me. AirFix was the only company in 3 years that was willing to make repairs instead of insisting I install a new system. When I can afford a new system I will be giving them another call! They were a lifesaver.

  Irvin is wonderful - he has helped me with my HVAC unit in my home as well as for the hospital that I manage. I could not recommend any more! Wonderful service, price and they care.

  I had a great experience with AirFix Mechanical . From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and quick to respond. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out sooner than I expected, which I really appreciated. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to diagnose the issue instead of rushing through the job. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. They fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. What stood out the most was their honesty and professionalism. No pressure, no unnecessary upselling—just solid work and fair pricing. It’s hard to find companies like that these days. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs. I’ll be calling them again if I ever need help in the future.

  I would highly recommend using AirFix Mechanical. Do not make the mistake of calling all of these bigger HVAC companies in the Austin area. Most of them are just trying to upsell you on new equipment so that their techs can make their commission. AirFix had a great price and came out to do a diagnostic same day, and did a coil & condenser swap the very next day. When you call AirFix, the owner himself, Irvin, answers the phone and will go over any questions or needs you have - huge green flag. We knew we needed a new coil and condenser but many of the other companies were thousands more that what AirTex quoted. I was able to contact Irvin and ask for a price on the certain equipment that we needed and he sent it over less than 10 minutes later. Again, their price was THOUSANDS less than all these other larger HVAC companies in the Austin area. He is family owned and you do not have to deal with all of the nonsense sales stuff from the other companies that are trying to take advantage of you and upsell you on things that you simply do not need.
