We had a lot of issues and I needed a company that would really spend them time analyzing the whole situation and be able to handle it. I also needed to trust that they were doing it correctly. The owner came out personally to help find the best solution and he stopped in when it was being installed. I spent a lot of time talking to them, going over the problems, figuring things out, and them answering a lot of questions. I chose Fresh Air because their approach would address all of the issues and problems. They were beyond helpful, honest, and hardworking. The entire crew was great.
