  I don’t know if it’s the same employee who lives across from me as was driving the Mini Cooper in the picture from a few years ago, but I would say this employee is just as inconsiderate. She leaves the car parked across from our driveway at least 90% of the time. It’s in the same spot three or four days, moved for a few hours, and then sits another three or four days before moving again. Lots of times it’s a foot or more from the curb. I get the need to be on the street at times. I need to be behind my mom’s car because I leave for work or church before she goes out for errands five days most weeks. I park on the street for a few hours and then put it in our driveway. Yes, sometimes I am at the end of their driveway. Often it’s because the MC is positioned such that other vehicles cannot easily drive between our cars if I avoid their driveway. If she’s not going to drive it for days on end, put it in their long driveway. AND this is happening although the landlord told them not to block our driveway all the time like previous renters did. So she doesn’t follow instructions well. I’m also thinking it’s a general lack of caring about neighbors on the part of the company because a pickup truck from the company is parked on Colonel Court every time I visit a friend over there, regardless of what day or time of day I go by. It’s all enough that I would never do business with a company that has that little respect for others.

  They did a great job on my roof came at 6am got to work by 5pm they were done and the cleaning after was great they made sure every was back the way I had it , Thank you Mike

  Jody was absolutely amazing and extremely professional throughout the entire process. My roof was completed in just one day, and the crew made sure all debris was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The price was very affordable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Ameristar for all your roofing needs!

  Jody Ortega has now put new roofs on two rent houses and an apartment section of my home. He has diagnosed areas of varying heights, enabling runoff, preventing potential problems. Above having jobs completed with excellence, the experience of working with this man is easy and cordial. I highly recommend Jody Ortega at Ameristar.

  Matt and his team did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my 15 year old roof. I could not be happier with the process and the results!!! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has a great team of people from different specialty backgrounds (master roofers, plumbers, etc) so they know what to do when various, unique situations arise. From the beginning, Matt took his time to explain how the process would work and explain what products he recommends etc. He was honest about everything. He is very hard working and a very kind man. He cares about your satisfaction and the end product. These are all qualities that I really value in anyone working on my home!! (He even played with my big pup :)) I’m very pleased with our results financially as well as the quality of his work. Oh and P.S… they got the job done in ONE DAY and cleaned everything up!!!!! I would recommend Matt to anyone!
