  Technician, Ciriaco, was the best. He came to our home for an item that was under warranty. After replacing the defective outlet he also noticed some outside outlets that needed to be sealed so that they are protected from the weather. He performed that work at no charge. This was a perfect example of how customer service is supposed to work. Within 2 hours of my call to the office he was at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and easy to communicate with. Best experience you could ask for. Thank you!!

  I had a great experience with the service Marco provided today. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process comfortable from the start. What really stood out was his knowledge and quickly identified the electrical issue and explained everything clearly. The problem was resolved much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Marco to anyone needing reliable and efficient service.

  Plumber came to my house and said he ran the snake and try to unclog my kitchen sink. But didn’t even put no effort in to it. Took him like 5 minutes to just tell me it’s going to be more money and the snake did not work. Just felt the service was not worth the money. I would not recommend using this company again to anybody.

  Knowledge and work on plumbing was good. My frustration came when they have me waiting on backfilling my trenches. It should’ve been done two weeks ago. The of lack communication. I call their office. I’m told someone will call and it never happens. I was told someone would be here at a certain time. I put my dogs away and no one showed up. You guys are using a third party company to fill trenches. They showed up today and never called me that someone was coming. We had rain a couple days ago and now I have water under my house. Just because you guys are good it doesn’t mean you get to ignore my calls or not call me back. N o matter how good you are I won’t be using your services ever again.

  Blake was great! He taught us so much about electric work and about our house that we never knew. He was very personable and I never felt like he was pushing anything on us, but provided so many options completely customizable to our requirements. To do a an actual inspection (not just view) it was $25. It was well worth it though to truly know how your house is doing on the electric side. He is great representation of the company and this initial appointment well. I’ll definitely be considering work for him in the future.
