  Horrible time trying to get my solar system repaired. It started with a roof replacement, which went by without much trouble, but some damage was seen on the solar panel equipment. It took 3 months to get a tech to replace the components, but the system still did not work. Since then, no one came out or proactively reached out to me in order to get a fix complete. I was just forced to pay another electrician to fix their mistake, which was a simple refresh of the inverter onto the wifi. Horrible experience. Stay away if you want your system fixed quickly and correctly. Edit: In response and to set the record straight, Tarrant Solar did exactly 0 work to try to rectify the situation until I threatened legal action. No phone calls. No texts, even though one of the owners/management (not sure which, not by business) had my number since the beginning. "We" did not rectify the issue. I did when I was forced to hire, after I had already *paid you*, an electrician out of my own pocket. Y'all sat on your hands for over 6 months ignoring my emails, calls, and texts.

  Just had my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installation. They did an excellent job at a great price. The management and installation teams were great. Very easy to work with and did a professional job and cleanup. Last but not least they did a great job of setting up and explaining the tools requested to managed the tools. They led the process of getting the power, hoa and city permits.

  I highly recommend Will H. and Jeremy with Tarrant Solar LLC for their outstanding level of education, quality of service and the patience to finding the best Solar option for my individual needs. Literally, I must have asked 50 questions or more. I feel so much more confident on how the entire process works. They also found financing for me with an impressively low APR %, a 15 year term and low monthly payments . In comparison, a previous company who was trying to rip me off quoted me 4% higher , 10yrs longer and $200 more month and $15k base price higher.. I ended up not going through with installation with Tarrant based on some extenuating personal circumstances I have that had nothing to do with the deal or Tarran Solar. Will (who i mostly dealt with) showed excellence character throughout the entire process including my cancellation with them and helping me make sure I was cancelled properly with the ripoff company. (Note: be sure to cancel in the set #of days so you're not locked in, 3 days or less.) The solar industry has bad reputation due to companies with poor character and are only concerned with their own interests, instead of the customers'. For me, when my personal situations clear up and I'm 100% ready to get solar, I definitely would call Will at Tarrant Solar because of #1 his character, education, knowledge, and ability.. If you are in the market for solar contact Will H in Sales Will & Jeremy are an excellent team
