I told them not to come the second and they still did. Tech still showed up but I should not have let him in because he put the light switches in the most moronic positions. Then I call the owner and it has been 2 business days and still nothing on why the tech put the switches in the wrong place and were done so poorly. I appreciate the care for your customers. Use Mr. Electric. Yes they are more expensive, but they are not as bad as this service.

Call them to fix my mechanical chime a guy came, he looked like had no expirience or didnt know what he was doing, stay looking and seing and ended up saying everything looks ok and I dont know why it doesnt work. I did payed then the $298. In other words in 1 hour they came tell me oh yeah dont know whats wrong, you owe us $298. WTH
